THERE IS STILL SOME GARMENT SHORTAGES AT THE MOMENT AND WE ONLY FIND OUT THIS INFORMATION OUT AS WE GO ALONG.
DUE TO COVID AND WORKFORCES BEING MINIMAL, IF AT ALL, PRODUCTION HAS BEEN SO SLOW AND IT IS ONLY JUST STARTING TO PICK UP - PLEASE BE PATIENT. WE ARE WORKING AS HARD AS WE ARE ABLE TO.

*All transactions are in US dollars.

Taxes: 
There's only 2 guarantees in life, death and taxes. We do not control nor do we set any amount for taxes, It's 100% based on your location and your states tax laws. Please be advised.

Where's All The Merch?!: 

The store runs on limited, scheduled pre orders. These are most weekends or a 48 or 72hour period. To see what's coming up we advise keeping an eye on our Instagram feed as that will be an indicator for what's coming up.

Occasionally we will run some leftovers AFTER all pre orders of releases are done. These can all be sporadic and very much on a first come first serve basis.

Pre-Orders: 

PRE ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED**


AT THE MOMENT Pre-orders are generally processed within 5 - 8 weeks AFTER THE DATE OF SALES ENDING. Weekends and Holidays are not business days.
If you have ordered multiple items with a pre-order your entire order will NOT ship until the pre-order becomes available and the whole order can be fulfilled.
If there are any changes or updates with your pre-order purchases you will be notified via the email you entered when purchasing the items. Please take EXTRA CARE when entering your email.
If you've made a mistake with your pre-order please contact us immediately before the weekend sale is over.
You may email about your pre-order after the  6 weeks have passed (Weekends and Holidays do NOT count as business days)
All Orders include a tracking number and if you have any problems with your order after it has been processed and shipped please contact the USPS and give them your tracking number. Any other problems/concerns, you can contact us directly.
 

Returns/Exchanges:

Returns are ONLY accepted if there's a company error. (For example if you've received the wrong size or color way then you ordered and we're unable to replace or exchange the item.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact us immediately to correct the order before the weekend sale is over. Please do not contact us weeks after as we create everything to order.

Size exchanges after shipping will be granted with a 15% restocking fee if we have any extras.

Customer is responsible for all return postage for exchanges. All customer exchanges will All items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for domestic orders and 90 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for international orders.

Returns/Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in resell-able condition. charges are waived for Pentagram Peter Pan mistakes or defective merchandise ONLY.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded or your exchange item has been shipped out. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible if the buyer provides incorrect shipping information. If the order is returned because of an incorrect address then the buyer will be responsible for paying to re-ship to the correct address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the USPS has updated the status of the package to ''Delivered'' we can no longer be liable. That is the PROOF of delivery in any case.
