What Is A Pre-Order?

To order (something) in advance of its release.

Pre-orders are estimated to take 5-8 weeks for printing and shipping from start to finish. All releases unless otherwise stated are pre-orders.

I Just Ordered - Where Is My Item?

Pre-Orders have an advertised lead time 5-8 weeks from sales end till Shipping. Delays in supply chain/printing can occur, customers will be notified of delays in our Shipping Updates

In-stock orders (LEFTOVERS) are typically processed within two to five (2-5) business days. However, please allow for a maximum of ten (10) business days for processing. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Can I Cancel/Return My Pre-Order

Returns are only accepted in the case of company errors, which encompass damaged items, holes/tears, wrong items or stains. We do not accept size exchanges or returns for any other reason.

If you received the wrong item please Contact Us with your order number and we'll be happy to set up an exchange immediately! Approved exchanges must be completed within two weeks of receiving your return label. If your order is returned outside of the 2 week window your order will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and additional shipping fees.


Outside of shipping errors, all sales are final. Please be aware when choosing your size/colorway. If you just ordered and need to change your size, you have 3-days to contact customer service to make those changes.

I Ordered Multiple Pre-Orders - Can I Ship Together?

Orders can ONLY be combined IN STOCK LEFTOVER DROPS ONLY.

No pre-order release can be combined with another pre-order release.

To combine orders, please gather all of your order numbers and email customer service. After that your orders will be combined and your shipping rate adjusted with the difference refunded.

Please note that if one of your orders has already shipped it cannot be combined with any other orders.

This service is open to both domestic and international customers.

Where Is All The Merch?

The store runs on limited, scheduled pre orders. These are most weekends or a 48 or 72hour period. To see what's coming up we advise keeping an eye on our Instagram feed as that will be an indicator for what's coming up.

Occasionally we will run some leftovers AFTER all pre orders of releases are done. These can all be sporadic and very much on a first come first serve basis.

When Will Items Be Available?

All items are made available during their alloted pre-order time. You can see these either on Instagram or by being notified when signing up to our mailing/text list.

What Happens If I Missed A Release?

The chances are that there will be some extras in the next leftover release, but this doesn't guarantee size/style/design will be available.

Currency & Taxes

*All transactions are in US dollars.

There's only 2 guarantees in life, death and taxes. We do not control nor do we set any amount for taxes, It's 100% based on your location and your states tax laws. Please be advised.

International Orders & Taxes

International customers are 100% responsible for all imports/customs fees and taxes set by their own country. If fees/taxes are refused and left unpaid OR your order is not picked up from an access point/post office OR you don't respond to UPS's attempt to contact you, your order will be considered abandoned. If this occurs, you will not receive a refund nor a replacement order from Pentagram Peter Pan.,

If you order is returned back to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Why Does My Item Look Different Than The Image When Ordering?

There may be slight variations: colors may appear brighter/darker on a computer/phone scree.

Tie Dye garments are a hand dyed product that vary from shirt to shirt, thus creating a 1 of 1 item. Variations apply to design and color vibrance.

I Forgot to Use My Discount Code! Can I Add It After Placing My Order?

If you have forgotten to use your discount code for a new order, it can not be added to your order without canceling and placing a new order. At that point we cannot guarantee availability of the item ordered.

The Shipping Address Is Incorrect

We are not responsible if the buyer provides incorrect shipping information. If the order is returned because of an incorrect address then the buyer will be responsible for paying to re-ship to the correct address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the USPS has updated the status of the package to ''Delivered'' we can no longer be liable. That is the PROOF of delivery in any case.

USPS Help

Once an item is collected and scanned in by the USPS it becomes your mail so if there any issues with deliveries, you will need to contact them directly with all of your info.

All items have insurance on and if they mess up they will be able to cover it with that.

If we can help then we will but most of the time it is out of our hands.

What Do I Do If My Package is Lost Or Stolen?

Customers are responsible for contacting USPS in the event that the package has been marked as delivered but was not received. You may reach out to us for some guidance however we are not USPS. Pentagram Peter Pan is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Due to our pre-order nature we are not responsible to replace or refund for missing or stolen packages. We apologize for any inconvenience.
